The Role:
We are currently recruiting a HSEQ Administrator to join the firm’s large HSEQ team. Your primary role will be to ensure a safe work environment for all field engineers but also to ensure the company is in line with all HSEQ legal obligations. You will be responsible for working closely with the Quality & Compliance Manager and the HSEQ and Operational teams. You will play a key role in the implementation of Quality & Compliance requirements across the company.
Responsibilities/ Objectives:
- Support the business with the development and implementation of all ISO standards including the safety, environmental, quality, energy, and IT integrated management systems
- Participate in the development and maintenance of the documentation management system
- Administration of the HSQE management platform, and associated reporting.
- Assist the HSQE team with administrative tasks (correspondence with suppliers, purchasing, training records, internal communication, organising meetings, etc.)
- Perform day-to-day document control activities.
- Assist internal partners with documentation management.
- Facilitate the implementation of the document control processes throughout the business, including recording, formatting, review, and approval process.
- Perform documentation audits across all business areas.
- Other duties as may be required from time to time.
- Work with the various functions across the company to ensure company compliance with systems and regulatory compliance
Knowledge & Experience:
- Hold a recognised qualification
- Minimum of 1 years administrative experience in a similar industry
- ISO experience an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent planning, organisational, training, teamwork, and presentation skills
- Excellent literacy, numeric and IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Full, clean driving licence
- Flexibility in line with business requirements
- Ability to always represent the company in a professional manner
- Excellent ambassador for the company, promoting the organisation and role modelling their values.
