The Company:

Our client is a well-funded and established provider of design, construction, and maintenance services for the telecoms infrastructure industry. Reporting to the head of HR, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to ensure the smooth running of the HR function. This role offers the opportunity to WFH or Hybrid model with some travel to our client’s North Kildare based HQ as required.

The Role:

You will serve stakeholders on a wide spectrum of HR issues. You will impact on people strategies around compensation and benefits, training and development, talent management and employee relations. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their exposure and experience in an exciting HR Management role.
