The Company:
Our client is a well-funded and established provider of design, construction, and maintenance services for the telecoms infrastructure industry. Reporting to the head of HR, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to ensure the smooth running of the HR function. This role offers the opportunity to WFH or Hybrid model with some travel to our client’s North Kildare based HQ as required.
The Role:
You will serve stakeholders on a wide spectrum of HR issues. You will impact on people strategies around compensation and benefits, training and development, talent management and employee relations. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their exposure and experience in an exciting HR Management role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage employment legislation, employee relations, issue resolution frameworks, staff engagement, training, and development
- Manage relationships with Senior Management team and other internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure HR processes, policies and guidelines are in place and kept up to date
- Ensure documentation are in place and up to date
- Managing performance appraisals with the management team
- Manage employee relations and welfare
- Supporting the company on all HR matters
- Implement staff welfare and staff engagement programmes
- Partnering with the management team to ensure a positive employee relations and best practices are in place
- Agree and develop regular reporting data for weekly and monthly meetings
Requirements
- A third level Degree in HR
- 3 years plus experience in a similar role
- Strong communicator and experience working in a similar industry
- Experience in employment legislation, employee relations and training and development
