Position: Front Line Manager
Location: Limerick / Cork / Munster Area (site-based)
Salary: €50k-€55k + vehicle
Sparktel are currently seeking a Front-Line Manager to join a leading client in the provision of design, construction and maintenance services for the Telecoms Infrastructure Industry.
The successful candidate will support the Project Manager in delivering multiple projects residential projects. This is primarily a field-based role with excellent opportunity for career progression.
Experience Required
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar position in an FTTx or Civils environment
- Must have experience managing subcontracted & internal civils/telecoms crews.
- Understanding of Purple Book standards is essential.
- Strong experience with fibre networks, design architecture and installations
- Monitoring on-site progress and quality of work
- Ability to manage stakeholders like Local Authorities, Site Owners, Customers and various internal teams.
