Job Title: Scaffolding Project Manager (Multi-Site Projects)

Salary: €80k-€90k + Benefits
Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for an experienced Scaffolding Project Manager for our client based in Tipperary. The successful candidate will take ownership of scaffolding operations across multiple active sites be responsible for the full lifecycle of scaffolding operations, including planning, execution, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full planning and delivery cycle of scaffolding works
- Coordinate workforce, materials, plant, and logistics
- Supervise the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding
- Ensure all works align with technical drawings and risk assessments
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, site management, and project stakeholders
- Maintain strict adherence to all health & safety regulations
- Prepare and sign off on RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
- Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and safety briefings
- Investigate incidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions where required
- Ensure all scaffolding inspections are completed accurately and recorded properly
Experience Required
- 3-4 years in a similar role managing Scaffolding project from start to finish
- Advanced Scaffolder qualification or equivalent supervisory certification
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Valid Safe Pass (Ireland) or CSCS card (UK)
- Full clean driving licence
- First Aid Certification is an advantage
- Solid experience in a scaffolding management or senior supervisory role
- Strong technical knowledge of scaffolding systems and best practices
- In-depth understanding of health & safety legislation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
