Salary: €45,000 – €50,000
Overview
Sparktel are recruiting an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join a safety?driven, high?performing team operating across the Munster and Leinster regions. This role is ideal for a seasoned scaffolding professional who takes real pride in quality, compliance and proactive safety leadership. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating and supervising all scaffolding activities across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with company procedures, policies and safety standards.

Ensure adherence to COP 2018, TG20, SG4 and all relevant construction regulations.

Provide clear, consistent communication and instruction to scaffolding teams.

Act as the main point of contact for planning and executing all scaffold?related tasks.

Deliver weekly management information including planning updates, KPIs and resource requirements.

Drive efficiency and productivity through strong communication and close working relationships.

Ensure Point of Work Assessments are completed for all tasks.

Manage documentation including scaffolding requests, labour requests, timesheets and daily allocation sheets.

Forecast, promote and coordinate training and development for scaffolding staff.

Support the management of risks, issues, dependencies, resources, budgets and stakeholder engagement.

Monitor progress against baseline plans, reporting delays, gains and programme slippages.

Maintain a safe and secure working environment, ensuring all safety and manufacturing guidelines are followed.

Contribute to overall business performance and organisational growth.
Requirements
-
CISRS Card (appropriate level).
-
CIF Site Supervisor Safety Training / IOSH Managing Safely / SSSTS.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in the scaffolding industry.

Layher qualification and strong experience with SG4 and TG20.

Strong planning skills with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.

Experience managing risks, issues and opportunities.

Ability to translate complex technical information into clear instructions.

Knowledge of systems such as Plettac Matrix, Layher, Cup Lock etc.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Quick thinking with a proactive approach to safety and problem?solving.
