Job Title: BIM Technician
Location: Dublin
Salary: €35k -€55k

With a strong commitment to excellence and efficiency, they are looking to expand their dynamic team by hiring a talented BIM Technician.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong technical expertise in 3D modelling and structural steel detailing to play a key role in delivering high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models of structural steelwork using Tekla Structures.
- Produce accurate fabrication and erection drawings in line with project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with design engineers, project managers, and fabricators to support smooth project execution.
- Extract and manage material lists and cutting schedules for steel fabrication processes.
- Ensure all modelling and documentation complies with BIM standards and project requirements.
- Contribute to site surveys and support as-built model updates where necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in structural design and detailing.
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures is preferred. Experience with Revit, Advance Steel, or similar BIM software is also valuable.
- Solid understanding of steel fabrication processes, detailing standards, and structural connections.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
