Job Title: Business Development Executive
Salary: €45k-€55k + Commission + Vehicle

Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive for our client who is a leading manufacturer and supplier in the construction industry, specializing in high-quality cladding, roofing, purlins, flashings, gutters, insulated products, and more. As a result of significant investment our client is expanding their sales team. The successful candidate will have a track record of Business Development and an existing network of clients in the Construction Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and distributors
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure excellent customer service and provide technical support as needed
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
- Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar Business Development/Sales role within the Construction Industry
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to understand and meet customer needs
- Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets
- A degree or relevant qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
